Responsibilities Texoma Medical Center, a 414-bed acute care facility has been providing quality health care to the residents of North Texas and Southern Oklahoma since 1965. Qualifications Job Requirements * Bachelor's degree or equivalent HR experience. Degree in Human Resources related field strongly preferred. RN preferred, BSN a plus. * 0-5 years (minimum of 5 years if not degree). If no BSN, requires two (2) years HR experience. Nurse recruitment experience strongly preferred. * Current Human Resources or Recruiter certification strongly preferred (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, CHCR, CHHR) * Excellent interpersonal skills. * Able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing with a wide variety of applicants and customers. * Able to work independently and as a team. * Make solid recruitment recommendations to management based on relevant, timely information. * Self motivated and handles sensitive and confidential information discreetly. * Computer proficiency includes Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and HRIS systems. * Strong understanding of applicable recruitment skills, Human Resources policies and procedures, as well as Federal and state laws applicable to designated geographic recruitment area.
