Job Summary:
The position of Registered Nurse (RN) in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) is located in Phoenix, Arizona. The role primarily involves float coverage across multiple pediatric critical care units, including the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU), Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU), and Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). Candidates must hold an active nursing license and bring their license on the first day of employment. This position requires a minimum of 36 hours per week, with working hours scheduled during evening shifts.

• Required Qualifications: Current Arizona RN license or RN license from a compact state with multistate privileges or ability to establish licensure according to Arizona law prior to start date; current BLS certification for Healthcare Provider from the American Heart Association; current PALS certification from the American Heart Association; current NRP certification; two years experience as an RN in pediatric critical care; associate or bachelors degree in nursing.
• Additional Information: COVID-19 vaccination is recommended but not required. Flu vaccination will be required October through April. Flu exemption applications must be received and approved prior to starting. Anyone not vaccinated for either Flu or COVID-19 will be required to sign Declination & Masking Protocol agreements and must mask during the full respiratory virus season.
