As a caregiver, you will provide essential non-medical assistance to clients in their homes, helping them maintain independence and dignity. The role of a caregiver includes companionship, personal care support, assistance with daily living activities, and light housekeeping. Responsibilities Come to work on time and take pride and responsibility for your work Provide companionship and emotional support. Help with transferring Assist with daily living activities, including personal care and mobility. Maintain client safety and report changes in condition. Observe infection control and follow care plan protocols. Clock in/out and document all tasks. Qualifications Licensed HHA or CNA. State certification and license in good standing, if applicable. High school diploma or GED preferred. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license, proof of insurance (if required for client transport) Exceptional interpersonal skills. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States Physical Requirements Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 25 pounds Ability to assist clients with mobility and physical transfers.
