About the Role We are seeking a Physical Therapist to provide individualized in‑home therapy for pediatric patients throughout San Antonio . You will assess, plan, and implement personalized treatment strategies that help children meet mobility and developmental goals in a home‑health setting. Scheduling Options Full‑Time: 25+ visits per week Must be available for daytime and after‑school visits Sign‑On Bonus Sign‑on bonus for full‑time roles (paid after 180 days of employment): $3,000. Conduct standardized and non‑standardized tests to evaluate physical function. Educate families on mobility programs, exercises, and safe home modifications. Track and document patient progress with accuracy and compliance. Participate in evaluations, care planning, and discharge processes.
