Key Responsibilities\nIn your role as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will:

- Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate clients’ mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans. \n
- Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). \n
- Document client progress and treatment outcomes meticulously in compliance with regulatory standards and ethical guidelines. \n
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and case managers, to provide integrated care tailored to each client’s requirements. \n
- Educate clients’ families about mental health concerns and treatment options, promoting a supportive network for the client’s recovery. \n
- Monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on ongoing assessments. \n
Your practice will focus on a diverse client population, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. By offering culturally competent care, you will be instrumental in fostering an inclusive environment where clients from various backgrounds can share their experiences and work toward recovery.
Qualifications\nThe ideal candidate will possess:

- A valid and active license in mental health counseling (such as LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, or a Doctor of Psychology). \n
- A master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related mental health field. \n
- A strong foundation in therapy techniques and an understanding of evidence-based practices. \n
- Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively connect with clients and establish therapeutic rapport. \n
- Proficiency in technology necessary for remote counseling, including telehealth platforms. \n
While candidates with all levels of experience are encouraged to apply, those with specialized training in trauma-informed care or experience working with diverse populations will be given preference. Experience in crisis intervention and conflict resolution will also enhance your candidacy.
Compensation and Benefits\nWe offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $104,000 based on your expertise and experience.
