Pay & Benefits

• Hourly Pay Rate: $761.79

What You'll Do

• Provide advanced nursing support during urgent cardiothoracic surgeries in a hospital setting
• Support the surgical team with perioperative patient care, including vein harvesting
• Participate in 24-hour call rotations, ensuring immediate response to critical needs
• Support patients aged 18 and above from ICU to discharge
• Collaborate with APP colleagues and surgeons to ensure seamless patient care
• Document care and procedures accurately in EPIC EMR system
• Assist with post-operative care, patient monitoring, and urgent procedures

What You Need

• Valid PA RN license and DEA registration
• At least 3 years of acute care or cardiothoracic nursing experience
• Strong skills in critical care, patient assessment, and surgical support
• Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
• Willingness to participate in 24-hour call shifts
