Pay Rate: $20.50 / Hour 21+ Years of AgeValid Driver's License for 1+ Years Required Job Schedule: DayTimeMon10:00 PM - 06:00 AM How This Role Works: Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment. Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick‑up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part‑time hours this week and full‑time the next. It’s all up to you. This role is ideal for candidates seeking part‑time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build‑up to a full‑time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed. Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients while carrying out site‑specific security‑related procedures, policies, and/or emergency response activities in an industrial location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner, following established reporting and escalation protocols. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities, production areas, access points, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help identify unusual activity or conditions. Monitor access to the location, verify credentials as required, and maintain accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation. Communicate professionally with employees, contractors, visitors, and emergency personnel while supporting a professional and orderly environment. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 21 years of age. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
