Operating with a strong team orientation, this nurse integrates sound clinical judgment and evidence-based decision-making to address the unique needs of each patient. The role emphasizes exceptional customer relations and professional communication, ensuring that care is delivered with both clinical precision and a high level of service excellence. By maintaining a focus on safety and collaborative practice, the RN Staff Nurse serves as a vital advocate for the patient while contributing to the overall effectiveness of the healthcare team.(3) 10 hours shifts per week with on-call requirements. Education/Experience:* 1 year of direct nursing experience required.* 1 - 2 years PACU and/or ICU experience preferred.* Associate's degree in Nursing.* Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.* BLS (American Heart)Post Hire Requirements:* PALS or NRP and specialty certifications per unit guidelines.**About Us:**Cook Children’s is an equal opportunity employer.
