Overview
Physical Therapist needed for a Skilled Nursing Facility in Moses Lake, Washington. This travel temporary assignment starts on 10/26/2026 and runs for 13 weeks. Weekly pay ranges from $2,557 to $2,637 with guaranteed 35 hours per week. Shift is 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (5x8 days). Setting is a long-term care / nursing home environment. This assignment is managed by Healthforce Healthcare LLC and may involve a split with a partner facility to cover a critical need. A $2,000 quick-start bonus is available.

Responsibilities
- Conduct initial physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for residents in a long-term care setting
- Implement PT interventions, including therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance activities, and modalities as appropriate
- Reassess progress, document outcomes, and adjust plans as needed; communicate changes to the interdisciplinary team
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and ancillary staff; educate residents and families on therapy plans and goals
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and facility policies; maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record
- Maintain safety and infection control standards; use proper patient handling and safety procedures during therapy sessions

Requirements
- Current Physical Therapist license in the state of Washington or eligibility for licensure
- 1+ year of PT experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred
- Ability to work the listed shift and guaranteed hours (8:00 AM–4:30 PM, 35 hours/week)
- Strong communication and documentation skills; ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
