Clinical Supervisor – Teen CARE

Full-time | Exempt | Oʻahu

Position to begin in July

Hina Mauka Teen CARE is hiring a Clinical Supervisor to lead and support counselors providing adolescent substance use prevention and treatment services across school and community settings.

What You'll Do:

• Provide clinical supervision, coaching, and support to counseling staff
• Ensure quality, compliance, and accuracy of documentation and services
• Oversee day-to-day operations across Teen CARE sites
• Support training, onboarding, and development of counselors and practicum students
• Collaborate with schools, referral sources, and community partners
• Provide backup clinical support to youth and families as needed

Required Qualifications:

• Master's degree in behavioral health or related field
• CSAC or CPS certification (or ability to obtain)
• Minimum 2 years experience as a substance use counselor
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and clean abstract
• Ability to pass background check and clearances

Schedule:

• Full-time
• Requires travel between sites
• Regular evening and Saturday availability required (minimum once per month), with additional time based on training and program needs.
