What You'll Do

Diagnostic Testing & Analysis

• Perform comprehensive laboratory testing on blood, tissue, and body fluids using modern techniques and equipment.

Instrument Operation & Maintenance

• Operate, calibrate, and maintain lab instrumentation to ensure accurate and timely results.

Result Interpretation & Clinical Collaboration

• Work closely with physicians and care teams to interpret results and support diagnosis and treatment decisions.

Quality Assurance & Compliance

• Uphold regulatory standards (CLIA, CAP, etc.) through regular quality control, audits, and documentation.

Mentorship & Team Culture

• Provide guidance to lab technicians and contribute to a collaborative, safety-focused work environment.

Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field.

Certification:

• ASCP certification (MLS, CLS, or MT) or equivalent (e.g., AMT).
• New graduates eligible for certification are encouraged to apply.

Skills & Experience:

• Strong understanding of lab techniques and instrumentation
• Familiarity with Laboratory Information Systems (LIS)
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Leadership or mentoring experience is a plus
