About the Position We are currently seeking a motivated, analytical individual for an entry‑level, full‑time Merchandiser position at our Corporate Office in Omaha, Nebraska. This role offers hands‑on training in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment where you will gain exposure to commodity merchandising, supply chain management, and risk management within the agriculture industry. Key Responsibilities Merchandise soybeans and finished soybean products. Negotiate transactions with suppliers and end‑users. Build and maintain strong business relationships with key customers. Participate in supply chain coordination and risk management activities. Collaborate with internal departments to optimize operations. Research, analyze, and interpret market and industry data. Represent the company at plant locations, customer sites, and industry events. Travel periodically to production facilities and customer locations. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, agriculture, or a related field. Strong critical‑thinking and decision‑making skills. Comfortable negotiating and operating in a competitive environment. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities. Interest or background in agriculture, farming, grain, soy trading, or soybean products preferred, but not required.
