Position Summary Our Deloitte Finance Transformation team practices to help chief financial officers, controllers, and finance teams define and execute their finance and global business services agendas and strategies. You will work with leading-class teams and solutions, helping clients navigate challenging environments, market uncertainty, technology development, and regulatory considerations to unlock value. Work you'll do As a Manager, Technical Transformation on the Business Finance team, you will be responsible for leading the technical development, configuration, and integration of OneStream solutions that support enterprise financial management objectives. Lead the technical design, configuration, and deployment of OneStream solutions for budgeting, planning, and federal government use casesOversee integration of OneStream with enterprise platforms, data sources, and downstream systems to support solution performance and reliabilityGuide development teams through build activities, resolve technical issues, and maintain delivery quality across workstreamsSupport delivery within an agile software development lifecycle, including technical planning, sprint execution, testing, and release coordinationDrive technical solution optimization, extensibility, and customization to meet client requirements and business objectives A successful candidate would possess these skills: Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a teamEffective written and verbal communication skillsMeticulous attention to detail and quality of work productAbility to build and sustain professional relationshipsAbility to lead projects or workstreamsAbility to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentStrong interpersonal skills and professional demeanorAbility to meet deadlinesAbility to mentor and provide clear guidance to others The team Deloitte’s Government & Public Services (GPS) practice – our people, ideas, technology and outcomes – is designed for impact. Manages risk and opportunities associated with diverse and complex grant programs through end-to-end grants management solutions. Qualifications Required: Bachelor's degreeActive Secret clearance5+ years of OneStream experience supporting budgeting, planning, and federal government use cases1+ year of experience leading development teams through the design and build of OneStream solutions1+ year of experience delivering solutions within an agile software development lifecycleAt least one OneStream certificationAbility to travel 0-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serveMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future. Preferred: Experience with OneStream extensibility, advanced customization, and complex integrationsExperience integrating OneStream with enterprise resource planning, data warehouse, and other enterprise platformsExperience mentoring developers and coordinating technical work across teams3+ years working within multi-system application landscapesAdditional OneStream certifications The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $137,000 to $252,000.
