National Sales Manager US

Looking for a role where you can really grow with the business Were looking for a National Sales Manager to join our growing US business and play a key role in developing our key accounts sales performance and helping grow our US sales operation. You dont need to have done every part of the role before. If youre a high-performing National Account Manager ready for more scope and responsibility well give you the support and opportunity to grow with us.

Please note this role is hybrid and will require regular travel to our Portland office.

Your Role:

• Build and grow relationships with our key national and strategic accounts spotting opportunities to strengthen partnerships and drive sustainable growth.

• Help deliver our US sales targets keeping a close eye on performance and turning insights into clear actions.

• Develop new business opportunities across national accounts regional brick-and-mortar chain and franchise partners.

• Take ownership of key customer conversations from commercial negotiations and annual planning through to promotions and growth opportunities.

• Work closely with the wider sales team to turn national plans into strong in-store activation and sell-through.

• Support and develop our US sales team bringing clarity coaching and a collaborative approach to how we work together.

• Work with Sales Operations and Finance to strengthen forecasting pipeline visibility and commercial planning.

• Use sales results customer insight and market trends to spot opportunities solve challenges and help shape our US sales plans.

• Partner with Brand Trade Marketing Ecommerce Education Operations and Customer Experience to bring customer campaigns launches and commercial initiatives to life.

• As our US business grows grow with us building your leadership experience and taking on broader commercial responsibility.

About you:

Youre a commercially minded diven sales professional who loves building strong customer relationships and turning opportunities into growth. Youll have solid experience managing national or strategic accounts and be ready to broaden your remit take on more responsibility and develop your leadership skills.

You will have:

• Strong national or strategic account experience ideally complemented by exposure to field sales distributors or a broader commercial sales remit with a track record of building customer relationships and delivering growth.

• Some experience managing coaching or mentoring others would be a real plus but whats most important is that youre excited to develop your leadership skills.

• Commercially minded with the ability to spot opportunities negotiate effectively and turn plans into sales growth.

• Confident working with sales targets forecasts and performance data using insight to decide where to focus.

• Experience creating account plans promotional activity and customer growth plans.

• A natural relationship builder comfortable working with buyers customers and senior contacts.

• Comfortable working in a small growing business where you can be hands-on adaptable and take real ownership.

• Strong communication and presentation skills with the confidence to share ideas influence decisions and bring others with you.

• Experience within beauty cosmetics or a fast-paced consumer industry such as FMCG or food & beverage would be an advantage.

• Youll bring curiosity ambition and an appetite to broaden your experience and grow with us.
