Shift: 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM Experience 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months. 12 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience is required with some in the last 24 months. Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months. Requirements Candidates must have a Tennessee license or compact license (required for submission). This role will require floating to multiple units Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >100 miles from facility to be submitted. Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted. Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Do not submit unless preclosed on 1:7 ratios Ortho/Spine/Med/Surg 36/36 schedule Every other weekend No Call MS/Tele and MS Exp required General orientation will begin on Sundays. Sunday will be online CBLs. I can start the traveler any Sunday that you can complete the compliance documents by the deadline. Contract RN/LPN team members are expected to actively participate in nursing student support and clinical education as we prepare future nurses for the profession. The clinical nursing student education responsibility is expected in addition to/alongside the provision of clinical care practice in every nursing specialty at Ballad Health.
