Gym Jam - Tumbling and Trampoline Coach Our Just Tumble and Just Bounce programs are growing and we are seeking innovative, encouraging, and enthusiastic individuals to teach tumbling and trampoline skills to athletes, aged 6yrs through teens. Weekday, evening and Saturday hours required. Example of skills taught: Round-offs Back-handsprings Front-handsprings Back tucks Front tucks Connected skills (ex. round-off back-handspring back tuck) Basic knowledge of skills required, but additional training available. Requirements and Requested Experience At least 17 years old Familiarity and experience with Euro-tramps Understanding of Euro-tramp safety One year of prior coaching experience in tumbling – cheer, dance, gymnastics, or freestyle Responsibilities Setup fun and creative stations and tear them down when finished Run through a set curriculum in an encouraging and captivating way Create a high-energy atmosphere to keep the class fun while maintaining the highest level of safety Meet kids where they are, and assist them in growing to become more Build positive and encouraging relationships with clients and their families Benefits Full-time benefits include health, vision, dental, IRA, tuition discounts, pro shop discounts, and paid time off Part-time benefits include IRA (must meet qualifications), tuition discounts, and pro shop discounts Kids First is an equal opportunity employer.
