HVAC Technician OpportunityCome join the growing field of cannabis! We are searching for two full time HVAC Technician to join our team!This is a full time position, regularly scheduled for 40 hours, Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 4:00PM.We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Technician to install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in commercial, and/or industrial settings. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, and committed to delivering high-quality service.Pay - this position starts at $21- $25/hour.We offer a competitive benefits package, including Health Insurance (Kaiser), Dental Insurance (Delta Dental), Vision (VSP), and Gap/Accident/Illness (Transamerica). We also participate in Colorado SecureSavings.Basic Functions of the JobInstall, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including air conditioners, heaters, and ventilation systemsPerform diagnostic checks and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issuesReplace or repair faulty components such as motors, thermostats, compressors, fans, and controlsTest systems for proper functioning and adjust settings to ensure optimal performanceFollow blueprints, schematics, and manufacturer instructionsMaintain accurate service records and complete work ordersEnsure compliance with all local HVAC codes, safety regulations, and company standardsOther duties as assignedQualificationsHigh school diploma or GED; technical or vocational HVAC certification preferredMinimum [2-5] years of HVAC experience (residential, commercial, or both)EPA 608 Certification (Type I, II, or Universal) requiredStrong understanding of HVAC systems, wiring diagrams, and troubleshooting methodsAbility to lift heavy equipment and work in varying temperatures and environmentsValid driver's license and clean driving recordExcellent communication and time management skillsIdeal Skills and ExperienceExperience with smart thermostats and modern HVAC control systemsProficiency with hand and power toolsFamiliarity with energy-efficient systems and practicesBilingual (Spanish/English) a plusWe are an EEO Employer.
