Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health needs through evaluations and interviews to develop individualized treatment plans. \n
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to the needs of individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused short-term therapy. \n
- Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards while safeguarding client confidentiality. \n
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create a holistic approach to client care, facilitating effective communication among healthcare providers. \n
- Participate in regular training sessions and workshops to stay abreast of best practices and recent developments in mental health therapies and interventions. \n
- Utilize advanced telehealth platforms to conduct therapy sessions, ensuring a seamless client experience, whether they are at home or in another safe environment. \n
Your primary focus will be on serving clients facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and substance misuse. Many of our clients come from underserved communities, where access to mental health services is limited. Your work will help bridge that gap, providing individuals and families with the tools and support they need to improve their mental health outcomes.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required. \n
- Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas. \n
- A minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting is required. \n
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with diverse clientele. \n
- Sound knowledge of legal and ethical standards within the field to ensure safe and responsible practice. \n

- Specialization or training in family therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse counseling is highly preferred. \n
- Experience working within multidisciplinary teams and familiarity with EMR software to enhance client management. \n

- The annual salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $90,000, depending on experience and caseload. \n
