Requirements Responsibilities Conduct individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices Assess clients? mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as necessary Maintain accurate and confidential client documentation in compliance with ethical standards Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to deliver comprehensive care Participate in team meetings and professional development activities Requirements Education & Licensure Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field Current Ohio LPC, LPCC, or relevant clinical license in good standing Experience & Competencies Minimum 1 year of clinical experience providing mental health therapy Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and documentation skills Comfortable with telehealth platforms and digital documentation systems Preferred Experience working with diverse client populations Familiarity with trauma-informed care and other specialized therapies Commitment to ongoing professional growth and development Benefits At Thrive Counseling Services , we believe that when our team thrives, our clients do too.
