Job Title: Manager on Duty Location Sofive Soccer Centers, Columbia Job Description The Manager on Duty oversees the daily operations of the Sofive Soccer facility, ensuring customer needs are met and maintaining high standards of service. This role requires strong communication, leadership, and decision‑making skills. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations and staff in the absence of the General Manager and Assistant Manager. Plan, monitor, and schedule all soccer programs to enable smooth and efficient operation. Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and problems in a timely and professional manner. Ensure all employees comply with company policies and procedures. Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies when necessary. Encourage teamwork and provide guidance and support to staff. Coordinate with other departments to streamline operations and increase efficiency. Implement and maintain safety procedures for staff and customers. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Experience in a customer‑focused environment. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to multitask, problem‑solve, and make quick decisions. Knowledge of basic computer software. Strong organizational skills. Pay Range 20 - 20 USD per hour #J-18808-Ljbffr
