Division Human Resource Coordinator

D.R. Horton is seeking a Division Human Resource Coordinator in Chandler, AZ to support division HR operations and connect employees, managers, and Corporate HR. Responsibilities Ensure compliance with applicable HR regulations Partner with division managers on recruiting support: posting open positions, reviewing applications, and assisting in recruiting processes Support new hire processing, including coordinating new employee setup with Corporate IT Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding activities in person and virtually using Microsoft Teams Assist with division payroll by reviewing, correcting, and obtaining approval of employee timesheets Process employment changes including salary increases, bonuses, commissions, transfers, promotions, and terminations Administer the division workers’ compensation process Serve as a point of contact for employee relations concerns and elevate issues as needed to Corporate HR leadership Assist managers by communicating company policies related to management responsibilities Assist with training staff Plan and coordinate employee engagement events and initiatives Answer employee questions related to benefits and HR policies Maintain the division organizational chart Conduct all business in a professional and ethical manner to support customers and increase goodwill and company profit Travel overnight up to twice annually for the Corporate HR Conference Requirements 3 to 5 years related experience and/or training Ability to handle confidential information Proficiency with MS Office and email Previous experience with ATS and HRIS platforms required; Taleo and/or PeopleSoft preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Technology & Tools Microsoft Teams MS Office Email ATS HRIS Taleo (preferred) PeopleSoft (preferred) Benefits Medical, Dental and Vision
