Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is strongly preferred or must be completed within 5 years upon hire. Cluster Certification, CCRN, and ACLS Certification is preferred. Prior 2-3 years of RN experience within ED / Critical Care is highly preferred and comfort with electronic medical record systems (EMR) like EPIC. This position offers a Part-Time Day Shift schedule from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday - Friday with required on call weekend and holiday rotations , 30 hours per week, allowing you to build strong patient relationships while maintaining balance.
