Location Detail: 45 Meriden Ave Southington CC (10174) Shift Detail: 11pm-7:30am Every Other Weekend/Holiday Start here at Hartford HealthCare and work where every moment matters! Southington Care Center (SCC) is a 130-bed skilled nursing center that specializes in rehabilitation services and long-term care for our local community members. SCC is a great place to utilize your assessment skills to improve outcomes and is led by an experienced and stable management team.
