Overlake Golf & Country Club (OGCC) was originally established in 1927 on this beautiful site in the hidden neighborhood of Medina, Washington. The Café Cook prepares short order menu items to order, such as burgers, fresh tossed salads, chicken strips, various wraps, and other quick-fire type entrees. This roll requires the ability to follow tickets and prepare the food that has been ordered. You will also be responsible for the maintenance of grab ang go food and paper work not limited to daily waste and prep logs, temp logs and various sops regarding cleaning opening and closing. This would be considered an intermediate level cook position, seasonal full time or part time hours available, excellent opportunity for someone seeking summer work. Some experience with basic kitchen equipment such as a grill, deep fryer, and flat top required.

· Restaurant Experience 1 - 2 years, prefer some similar environment

· Current Health Card

· Basic knife skills

· Basic understanding of kitchen terminology

· At least 18 years of age.

· Must be able to work flexible shifts and schedules, including weekends and some holidays.

· Must be able to lift and carry 40 pounds.

· Must be able to stand, walk, lift, and bend for long periods of time.
