Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, tax documentation, and other key financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Develop, maintain, and analyze financial reporting related to business operations, forecasts, and budgets
- Perform internal audits and reviews to ensure adherence to GAAP, company policies, and regulatory standards
- Design and implement new processes and controls to enhance financial efficiency, accuracy, and reporting consistency
- Support ongoing financial planning initiatives and assist leadership with data-driven decision-making
Qualifications
- Previous experience in accounting or a related financial role
- Strong foundational knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
