The server is such a vital role because most of the guests’ interaction is with this position. To create an atmosphere of comfort for our guests the server must constantly be aware of their professionalism and attitude. A server at Ted’s must combine the highest level of service with a relaxed and friendly style. Teamwork is an essential part of Ted’s to maintain consistently superior service and ensure a return visit. Responsibilities: To ensure that Ted’s standard of service is given to every guest, every time Anticipate the guests needs To have full knowledge of our menu and be able to effectively answer guest questions To have full knowledge of the Aloha system Be punctual and in full uniform for each shift Follow all guidelines, policies, and procedures of Ted’s Café Escondido Restaurants’ Follow the nueve steps of service at every table Ensure that all health and sanitation guidelines are followed at all times Adhere to the buddy system and take responsibility for your actions Ensure hot food is a priority Have a positive attitude at all times Declare all of your tips Perform all side work and setup/breakdown duties as assigned Expectations: Ensure 100% guest satisfaction and return Display professional conduct at all times Accept personal accountability for all actionsBe punctual for every shift Follow all guidelines, policies, and procedures of Ted’s Café Escondido Restaurants’ Attend all mandatory meetings.
