The role involves building and leading a communications team, collaborating with cross-functional partners like Commercial, Medical, Regulatory, and Finance, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Qualifications 15+ years in corporate communications within biotech or pharma, with proven experience in public company settings, product lifecycle communication, internal change management, and crisis handling. Demonstrated ability to craft compelling narratives on complex scientific and financial data, with strong leadership and collaboration skills. Preferred Experience supporting first commercial launches and scaling internal communications functions.
