Our team oversees the successful movement of products from our vendors to our stores and is self-motivated, passionate, and dedicated.About the role:As a DC Order Selector you will participate in the daily order picking for our Sacramento Distribution Center. DC Order Selector responsibilities include storing materials, picking, packing, and scanning orders. The goal is to increase efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction. This role reports to the RFC Operations Manager.Responsibilities Include:Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)Receive and process Distribution Center stock products (pick, unload, label, store)Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for auditsKeep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilizationReport any discrepanciesCommunicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkersOperate and maintain Distribution Center vehicles and equipmentFollow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulationsMaintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and work stations neat; Sweep, dust, and mop as required.Organize Distribution Center and work area for orderliness at all timesFollow safety procedures and wear the proper safety equipment at all timesOther responsibilities as neededAbout The Pay:Base Salary: $20.00401(k) with profit sharingMedical, Dental, Vision & More!Final compensation will be determined based upon experience and skills and may vary based on location.Requirements:Able to sit, stand, bend, twist, and turn body as needed for 8-10 hours per dayAble to lift up to 50 pounds without assistancePhysically able to operate pallet jacksFamiliarity with modern warehousing practices and methodsHave reliable transportation to and from workGood organizational and time management skillsAble to work overtime as neededPhysical Demands and Abilities:Regularly required to use hands and arms for grabbing, pulling, pushingReach and/or lift materials above headRegularly lift and/or move objects 10-50lbsOccasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh more than 100 lbs with assistanceFrequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawlOccasionally required to sit and climb or balanceSpecific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust and focusRegularly work indoors/outdoors in cold/hot and wet conditionsWe have two available shiftsDay Shift:5am-1:30pmMandatory weekend availability2 consecutive week days offSwing Shift:3pm-11:30pmFridays & Saturdays off every week
