Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join a leading senior care organization. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various building systems, including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical. You will use specialized tools to perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs while ensuring safety and compliance. Responsibilities:

• Perform general maintenance and repairs on building systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
• Inspect building equipment regularly to ensure proper functioning and safety.
• Perform preventive maintenance and scheduled checks as assigned.
• Maintain accurate logs and records of all maintenance activities and repairs.
• Assist contractors with repairs and inspections as needed.

 

Qualifications and Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least three (3) years of experience in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or mechanical systems.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical drawings.
• Basic computer skills and experience with maintenance management software.
• Knowledge of NFPA 99 Health Care Facilities Code is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours when needed.

The base salary range for this position is $20-$25/hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
