Facility DSH - Atascadero Position Details Job Code #: JC-528046 Position #(s): 455-460-4801-001 Working Title: Supervisor II - Forensic Services Classification: SUPERVISOR II Salary: $7,872.00 - $9,781.00 New to State candidates will be hired into the minimum salary of the classification or minimum of alternate range when applicable. # of Positions: 1 Work Location: San Luis Obispo County Telework: In Office Job Type: Permanent, Full Time Facility: DSH - Atascadero Job Description And Duties The Supervisor II - Forensic Services will be directed by the Chief of Forensic Services or the Medical Director in Forensic Services at the Department of State Hospitals - Atascadero (ASH). The incumbent will be responsible for the following duties but not limited to: Responsible for management, supervision, and providing direction to the Forensic Services Department. Assess, develop, and implement training needs for current and future staff assignments. Manage hospital census independently coordinating with all State Hospitals in an effort to reduce the statewide Incompetent to Stand Trial (PC1370) wait list. Develop and enhance tools to increase skills and knowledge for staff.
