Required Skills Bachelor's Degree in Structural Engineering or related field from an ABET‑accredited program, with a minimum of 3 years of structural engineering experience. Proficiency in structural analysis programs such as RISA 3D, ETABS, SAFE, and knowledge of BIM tools like Revit and Tekla. Strong understanding of codes, standards, and best practices within structural design. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail. Ability to perform field inspections, calculations, and project data research effectively. Proficient in CAD software, including AutoCAD, with experience in updating and reviewing drawings. Nice to Have Skills Experience with project presentations and contract administration. Knowledge of power, process, pipeline, and industrial facility design. Certification as an Engineer in Training (EIT) is preferred. Preferred Education and Experience M.S. in Structural Engineering with at least 2 years of relevant experience. Successful completion of the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) exam. Prior involvement with projects involving power plants, healthcare facilities, airports, or military structures. Other Requirements Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time within the US. Hold or be eligible for required certifications and regulatory standards.
