You lead and develop greet team members down a path of excellence and success while delighting new members, tackling goals with drive, intensity and passion through sales. Essential Functions & Responsibilities

• Timely and accurate completion of weekly deposits
• Achieve club monthly sales goals and non-member closing percentage
• Boost retail sales revenue goals including drinks, bars, etc.
• Oversee membership sales initiatives including open houses, special membership events, promotions, closeouts, etc.
• Achieve net membership growth through leading effective in-club collection efforts
• Resolve and report all incidents of inappropriate behavior being displayed
• Capture and retain details on all new membership leads
• Maintain a clean and professional presentation
• Recruit, hire, train, oversee and motivate staff into a highly functioning team
• Schedule and complete weekly training sessions with your team
• Other duties as assigned

Daily Sales KPI Minimums

Club - Personal

Calls - 120 - 40

Booked - 15 - 6

Shows - 12 - 4

Closed - 10 - 3

Referrals - 2:1 - 2:1

3-Pack Attachment - 20% - 20%

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field, preferred
• Experience in a management-level position in health, fitness, or related industry
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Must hold a valid NM driver's license (acceptable record) and means of transportation (registered and insured)
• PC literate, including Microsoft Office and various other products such as ABC and GymSales
• Valid CPR/AED certification (including infant and child) within the first 45 days of employment and maintain throughout employment
• Must be able to work weekends and/or evenings as needed

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to stand and/or walk for up to eight (8) hours at a time
• Must be able to lift and carry approximately 50 pounds
• Must be able to perform the following tasks: walk, squat, bend, stoop, stand, listen, read, and write
