Clinical Liaison (CL)

In your role, you'll support those that are in our facilities who are interfacing and providing care to our patients and community members. How you'll contribute Builds and maintains referral relationships to drive appropriate admissions to the hospital Assist and coordinate the intake and pre‑admission screening process Perform on‑site (typically in a referring facility) clinical judgment to determine the appropriateness of the patient for admission Communicates rehabilitation and facility options to patients and families. Communicates with patients, determines admission appropriateness, and assesses the patient's expectations and requirements for participation.
