Location: Allan TX 75002 (Hybrid) Duration: 6 - 12 Months Contract

Key Responsibilities
- Forecast and plan service parts via MRP system
- Maintain accurate materials and parts master data
- Analyze inventory levels, usage, leadtimes, and demand
- Daily review of backlog beyond automated system triggers
- Interface with internal supply planning teams for timely fulfillment
- Communicate parts availability, order status, shipping, and delivery details to stakeholders
- Develop and maintain reports in Tableau, SAP, and Excel
- Create purchase orders, stock transfer orders, and track orders
- Monitor service parts inventory against open purchase orders
- Prepare weekly KPI reports
What Success Looks Like for the candidate (First 90–120 Days)
- Demonstrates strong purchasing and forecasting capability
- Quickly adapts to ERP workflows (SAP currently, Oracle in the future)
- Effectively manages Excel-based buyer/planner functions
- Contributes to stabilizing inventory and improving planning processes
Required Experience
- Bachelor's degree (Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Engineering preferred)
- 2–3 years in materials planning, purchasing, or repair parts expediting
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP for purchasing and inventory
- Strong communication skills (written, verbal)
- Excel expertise (analysis, reporting, pivot tables, etc.)
Nice to Have:
- Industry experience in repair operations or service parts
- Tableau experience
