You will be working remotely, creating your own schedule, and engaging with clients through cutting-edge telehealth technology. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly evidence-based therapy sessions through live video conferencing, addressing a wide array of emotional and mental health disorders.

• Collaborate with our integrated psychiatric care team to provide holistic treatment plans that cater to the specific needs of each client.

• Utilize automated symptom assessments and progress tracking to inform your treatment strategies and adapt plans as required.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation via our user-friendly counselor portal, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.

• Access ongoing support from the Therapy Leadership Team and engage in peer consultations to enhance your clinical practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be adult clients experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and mood disorders. Through compassionate engagement, you will create a safe space for clients to explore their thoughts and emotions, instilling hope and facilitating progress in their mental health journey. As part of our innovative Crisis Care Program, you will also have the option for specialized training in the Collaborative Assessment and Management of Suicide (CAMS), helping to manage higher-risk clients effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required.

• A valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license is essential.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, with experience in telehealth being a plus.

Preferred candidates will have prior experience with online therapy platforms and a solid understanding of using data-driven methodologies to assess and enhance therapy outcomes.
