• The University of Kansas Health System St. Francis Campus, a part of a rich legacy of compassionate care since 1909, now offers 378 licensed beds, a history of innovation, and strong community support.

• The Manager of Cardiovascular Administration manages business operations and personnel for the Heart and Vascular Clinic including areas of insurance, coding, compliance, scheduling of procedures, and departmental collaboration.
• Coordinates billing, accounts receivable, supply ordering, cost analysis and is responsible for payroll monitoring and reporting.
• Assists with the credentialing process for HVC and outreach locations and coordinates activities with other departments and participates in obtaining and maintaining qualified personnel.
• Responsible for environmental control of area.

Job Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in related medical field.
• 2+ years’ of medical facility or medical business office experience.
• Current knowledge of physician clinic or hospital operations.
• Strong problem solving, multitasking and customer service skills.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to use computers and Microsoft Programs (word, excel, etc.).

Preferred Job Requirements: 

• Current RN license.
• Supervisory experience.
• Strong business experience.
• Strong accounting background in a medically related environment.
• Previous experience with accounting procedures.
