Maintenance Manager

Job Summary Reputable and growing organization is looking to hire (direct hire) a Maintenance Manager in Indianapolis, Indiana. This opportunity comes with a very competitive compensation plan commensurate with experience with a base salary ranging from $120k to $130k plus an annual bonus of 10%‑20%. Relocation assistance is available. The ideal candidate will possess experience with proactive vs reactionary maintenance programs, preventative maintenance, reliability, excellent mechanical aptitude, PSM (Process Safety Management), CMMS and a track record of solid leadership experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment. All candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. Location: Indianapolis, Indiana Job type: Permanent Salary: $120,000 - $130,000 per year Work hours: 8am to 4pm Education: Bachelors Responsibilities Prioritizes health and safety by adhering to policies, processes and maintaining safe practices at all times Utilizes leadership skills to promote a safe and collaborative work environment for all team members Oversees housekeeping activities for the shop, ensuring organization and promoting excellence Develops improvement processes to reduce cost and improve plant operating efficiency Education Bachelor's degree in mechanical or chemical engineering (required) Experience 10 years of manufacturing/industrial experience 5 years of maintenance supervision experience Experience utilizing a CMMS Experience with reliability excellence and preventative/predictive maintenance systems Qualifications Experience level: Manager Minimum 5 years of experience Education: Bachelors (required) Skills Maintenance Benefits Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. In addition, Randstad offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, prescription, dental, vision, AD&D, and life insurance offerings, short-term disability, and a 401K plan (all benefits are based on eligibility).
