- Evaluate patients in both inpatient and outpatient departments while crafting personalized treatment plans
- Implement physical therapy interventions that focus on enhancing mobility, strength, equilibrium, and functions
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including nurses, doctors, case managers, and other rehabilitation specialists to elevate patient outcomes
- Educate patients and their families about therapeutic objectives, discharge plans, and home exercise routines
- Accurately document evaluations, treatments, and patient progression as per health facility and regulatory standards
- Engage actively in care team discussions and interdisciplinary sessions to guarantee seamless care integration
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent qualification from an accredited institution
- Licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Florida
- Preferred CPR certification
- Additional specialized certifications (e.g., geriatric, neurological) are favorable but not mandatory
- Prior clinical experience is strongly preferred
- Capability to work with patients facing varied medical and mobility challenges
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in digital documentation and clinical recording systems
