The role requires planning and managing delivery and dependencies across multiple teams, including vertical and horizontal governance. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing complex projects in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with strong attention to detail and accuracy.Key Responsibilities* Coordinate and facilitate routines to support delivery, such as governance, kick-offs, status reviews, and stakeholder meetings.* Plan and coordinate delivery and dependencies across multiple teams.* Facilitate dependency management, risk management, and impediment removal for defined deliverables.* Promote and facilitate communication and collaboration across organizations to support deliverable completion.* Gather and facilitate status updates for stakeholders and leadership regarding delivery, risks, and schedule.* Ensure execution aligns with deliverable requirements by working with sponsors and stakeholders.* Track success metrics and review performance with stakeholders and leadership.* Ensure deliverables comply with Enterprise Change Management standards.* Support resource planning and forecasting for delivery and execution.Required Qualifications**Experience:** 5-7 years of experience in project management, change management, PMO, or a similar field.**Technical Skills:** Strong knowledge of SharePoint and Microsoft Excel. Experience with Tableau is required.**Professional Skills:** Excellent communication, influencing, and facilitation skills. Self-motivation, self-direction, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities without sacrificing quality or timelines.
