Restaurant Manager - Lead, Inspire, Grow!


As our Restaurant Manager, you'll be at the heart of the Dunkin' experience, leading a team that delivers exceptional customer service with every cup and bite. If you're a natural problem solver, an excellent communicator, and a true team player who thrives on developing others, we want to hear from you!


REQUIREMENTS
  • Punctuality: Be on time and ready to lead.
  • Guest-Centered Attitude: Always put our guests first and make their experience unforgettable.
  • Proactive Leadership: Spot challenges before they arise and address them with a solutions-focused approach.
  • Lead by Example: Inspire your team through strong leadership, setting the standard for others to follow.
  • Previous Experience: Prior management experience is a plus, and experience in fast food or quick-service restaurants is required.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Top-notch skills in customer interactions, both verbal and written.
  • Background Check: Must pass a background check.
  • Flexibility: Available to work weekends and holidays.

In 1950, Bill Rosenberg opened the first Dunkin' Donuts shop in Quincy, Massachusetts. Dunkin' Donuts licensed the first of many franchises in 1955. It is now the world's leading baked goods and coffee chain, serving more than 3 million customers per day. Dunkin' Donuts sells 52 varieties of donuts and more than a dozen coffee beverages as well as an array of bagels, breakfast sandwiches and other baked goods.
