Restaurant Manager - Lead, Inspire, Grow!
As our Restaurant Manager, you'll be at the heart of the Dunkin' experience, leading a team that delivers exceptional customer service with every cup and bite. REQUIREMENTS
- Punctuality: Be on time and ready to lead.
- Guest-Centered Attitude: Always put our guests first and make their experience unforgettable.
- Proactive Leadership: Spot challenges before they arise and address them with a solutions-focused approach.
- Lead by Example: Inspire your team through strong leadership, setting the standard for others to follow.
- Previous Experience: Prior management experience is a plus, and experience in fast food or quick-service restaurants is required.
- Customer Service Excellence: Top-notch skills in customer interactions, both verbal and written.
- Background Check: Must pass a background check.
- Flexibility: Available to work weekends and holidays.
