Position Summary Prepare fresh food items daily for our members by following recipes and ensuring our rotisserie chicken stays warm and ready for service. Count on you to properly wrap, label, and store merchandise for the freshest experience. You will juggle multiple tasks, assist members with bakery orders, and contribute to a great shopping experience. Key Responsibilities Prepare food according to item specifications and future production plans. Maintain high‑quality produced products, clean shelves, and proper temperature control. Verify expiration dates, dispose of lower‑quality food, and maintain inventory. Prepare and serve ready‑to‑eat food. Handle claims, returns, zoning, arranging merchandise, and identify shrink and damage. Keep the sales floor clean, sanitized, and member‑ready. Operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment. Use digital tools for production decisions, training needs, and product quality improvement. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, educate peers on tools, tasks and resources. Drive area performance, stock rotation, eliminate waste, and assist customers. Advocate for the department and club, model high quality service, and maintain energy and commitment. Compensation and Benefits Hourly wage range: $19.00 to $27.00*. Health benefits include medical, vision and dental coverage.
