We are looking for compassionate caregivers/CNAs to join our growing team! The right candidate has a can-do attitude, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to provide many levels of support to our clients.

The Caregiver/CNA at Village Caregiving in Bowling Green, KY will be responsible for providing compassionate care and assistance to elderly patients in a home setting.

Competitive compensation package, paid training including CPR certification, supportive work environment, benefits available for full-time employees.

MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS AS NEEDED. PAY RATE $14-$16/hour.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
• Monitoring and documenting patient's vital signs
• Providing emotional support and companionship to patients
• Following care plans tailored to each patient's needs
• Reporting any changes in patient's condition to the supervisor

Requirements:

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license or equivalent preferred, but not required
• Experience in caregiving or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Willingness to undergo background check
