MRI Technologist II
Provident Behavioral Health
Position: MRI Technologist II Perform MRI exams to assist physicians in diagnosing and treating patients, ensuring adherence to departmental standards, policies, and procedures. Prepare patients by obtaining history, explaining procedures, positioning, and ensuring comfort. Review MRI images to maintain optimal quality. Assist with patient and family participation in post-procedural care and provide resource information. Responsibilities Perform MRI exams to assist physicians in diagnosing and treating patients, ensuring adherence to departmental standards, policies, and procedures. Prepare patients by obtaining history, explaining procedures, positioning, and ensuring comfort. Review MRI images to maintain optimal quality. Assist with patient and family participation in post-procedural care and provide resource information. Qualifications & Skills Certification or Associate's degree in Radiology from an accredited program. CPR certification required; ARRT-MR or ARMRIT certification preferred. Previous MRI Technologist experience essential. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
