Job Summary and Qualifications As a Medical Surgical Float Pool Registered Nurse, you will perform patient assessments, develop plans of care, and implement and evaluate care. As part of an interdisciplinary team, you’ll collaborate with other members to ensure safe and accurate delivery of care.
