• Valid SLP-CCC licensure for Ohio
• Experience or comfort working in school settings, particularly with junior high population
• Familiarity with IEP processes, assessments, and progress monitoring
• Excellent communication skills with students, staff, and families
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Completion of all district or state-required background checks and clearances prior to start

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy services to junior high students according to IEPs
• Conduct thorough assessments and provide input for eligibility and ongoing needs
• Develop and document treatment plans, progress reports, and maintain required records
• Collaborate closely with educators, support staff, and families to support student success
• Participate in IEP meetings, staff consultations, and professional development as needed
• Adapt therapy techniques and materials to fit diverse learning needs and styles
