Restaurant Manager (Full-Time) at Popeyes

In this role, you'll drive day-to-day operations with confidence, support Shift Managers and Assistant Managers, and set the tone for service, speed, and quality. You'll also help new team members succeed through onboarding and hands-on guidance-because when your team grows, your restaurant thrives.

What You'll Do

• Lead the floor every day: motivate Team Members, model great Guest service, and ensure standards are met.
• Coach and develop leaders: provide guidance to Shift Managers and Assistant Managers so they can succeed.
• Create a positive culture: build a welcoming environment where people feel respected, supported, and proud to be part of Popeyes.
• Onboard and train: help bring new team members up to speed with clear training and ongoing support.
• Deliver quality and consistency: support great execution so food is cooked to perfection and served with care.
• Be a brand champion: inspire your team to deliver the Popeyes experience-made with love, served with Cajun Hospitality.

REQUIREMENTS

• Lead daily restaurant operations with bold, high-energy focus to deliver an exceptional guest experience at Popeyes.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and performance to keep the restaurant running strong and on track.
• Coach, mentor, and develop shift leaders and crew through pre-planned, actionable feedback.
• Drive execution of key operating standards including food quality, service speed, and cleanliness.
• Maintain compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and health and safety requirements.
• Monitor inventory, labor, and costs to hit targets and protect profitability.
• Ensure accurate cash handling, recordkeeping, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Respond fast and confidently to rush periods, operational issues, and guest concerns.
• Create a positive, accountable culture that empowers teams to perform and grow.
• Perform opening, closing, and shift management duties while maintaining an organized, ready-to-win environment.
