• Ability to read and interpret sprinkler plans and construction drawings.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to direct and coach crew members.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to manage schedules, materials, and issues that come up on site.

Our client is hiring an experienced Fire Sprinkler Foreman to lead fire sprinkler installation crews on commercial job sites. This role directs the day-to-day work of a project crew, ensures the work is completed safely, on schedule, and in compliance with NFPA standards, and mentors apprentices and fitters.


Key Responsibilities

• Lead commercial fire sprinkler installation projects from start to finish.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop apprentices and fitters assigned to the crew.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors on each job.
• Read and interpret construction drawings and sprinkler shop drawings.
• Ensure installations comply with NFPA standards and project specifications.
• Coordinate daily with project managers, general contractors, and inspectors.
• Maintain project schedules and labor budgets.
• Enforce company safety policies and OSHA regulations on the job site.
• Complete daily reports, job documentation, and progress updates.
• Ensure every project meets Clients' quality standards.
