The role We're looking for someone who genuinely loves helping people, has a passion for technology, and wants to be the first point of contact for the agents and clients who rely on our platform every day. This is a live chat-first support role — reactive, fast-paced, and varied. No two days are the same. You'll be troubleshooting product queries, escalating technical issues to our engineering teams, and making sure our clients are always getting the most out of what we build. As your product knowledge grows, so does your responsibility. The more you learn, the more complex the problems you'll get to solve. What you'll be doing day to day Become the go-to expert on Street.co.uk and Bridge, owning your product knowledge and building on it constantly. Respond to client queries primarily via live chat, but also by email, phone and video where needed. Make decisions on when to elevate issues, knowing what you can solve yourself and when to involve the engineering team. Proactively ensure clients understand and are getting the most from every new product update. Capture client feedback and feature requests, and ensure the right people hear them. Work with clients of all sizes — from small independents to large multi-branch agencies. A bit about you Commercial experience in live chat or IT support. Genuine interest in technology that goes beyond the day job. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable talking to frustrated clients and explaining technical issues to developers. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously without dropping the ball. Calm and positive under pressure. Self‑starter who identifies needs and acts on them. Adaptable, takes pride in work, and cares about the experience for those you support.
