• Conduct routine and specialized clinical laboratory analysesencompassing chemistry, hematology, immunology, and morefollowing established guidelines.
• Evaluate test results for reliability, troubleshoot any inconsistencies, and carry out maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment.
• Support specimen collection and prepare samples for analyses whenever necessary.
• Thoroughly document all procedures, assist in training new team members or students, and contribute to maintaining high lab quality standards.
• Uphold a clean and safe work environment and adhere to relevant regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education Requirements

• Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a comparable allied health degree, along with the preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certification Expectations

• Obtain ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of employment.
• Maintain your certification actively throughout your tenure with us.
