You'll prioritize their wellbeing, ensuring they maintain their dignity and independence. Your responsibilities will include:Caring for the personal needs, safety, and comfort of our residentsAssisting with activities of daily living, including wardrobe, personal hygiene, and mobilityAiding with daily tasks such as telephone use, laundry, transportation, and mail deliveryLight housekeeping tasks and meal preparationMedication remindersObserving and reporting changes in residents' condition and statusConducting rounds to monitor for hazards or incidentsAssisting with dining, including escorting residents to the dining room and servingCompanionship and conversationOther duties as assignedAdditional Benefits:Shift options: Mornings, Afternoon, and Nights shifts available to choose from, with additional hours by request.Health insurance for the entire family!401k with a match!Perfect Punch Program; $225 bi-weekly bonus.Required Qualifications:• High School diploma or GED• Must be 18 years of age• Completion of a state-approved CNA certified nursing assistant license.• Ability to read and communicate at an adequate level to essential job duties• Ability to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect• Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner• Caregivers must complete our new hire orientationJoin Our Team:If you're a caring and compassionate individual who thrives in a family/team environment, we want to hear from you!
